Our house was on the market for approximately 7 months using "For Sale By Owner" and even though we did everything they suggested we did not have on legit offer from any of the showings.

Cheri Savini had contacted us several times during that time to see how we were doing.  Each time she talked to us she was very encouraging about the sale of our home.  After one very bad showing, that we did ourlelves: we decided to interview three agencies.  Cheri was the most informed and already had a plan how to sell our house.

We met on Saturday morning and Cheri spent all the time that we needed; she answered all our questions and went over all information in great detail.  Cheri did not rush us to make a decision, we signed up with her later that night.  We were very impressed that she had the sign up on Saturday night, and the next day she was delivering brochures for the potential buyers.

The house was listed on Sunday and we had a sales agreement by Friday of the same week.

She was great!

Cheri Savini was not my realtor but was the realtor for the family in which I was trying to buy the house. I did not have a realtor and she was extremely professional in her position. She gave as much insight to me as she could but still was a great representative of the the family and house in which I was looking at.

It was my first house that I had purchased and I dealt with a couple of different realtors when I was searching. She was on such a higher level than any of the other realtors that I had come in contact with. I believe she did a great job as a mediator. This was a little over a year ago and I am still impressed.
